Wholesale Sales Operations Manager

About the role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Wholesale Sales Operations Manager to support our fast‑paced, data‑driven fashion business. The role works cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations and Production teams to keep item set‑up, order entry and reporting accurate and timely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage data entry including item creation, UPC assignment and portal maintenance.
- Enter orders, buys and bulk shipments into internal systems such as Blue Cherry.
- Review club purchase orders, request pre‑pack information and create brand item proposals.
- Prepare market meeting materials and support follow‑ups for sales leadership.
- Maintain showroom sample inventory, track inbound/outbound samples and ensure availability.
- Coordinate operational processes, create shipper records and communicate with production teams.
- Produce weekly inventory reports and conduct daily NSR analysis to spot PO or inventory discrepancies.
- Cross‑reference Costco PO sheets and EDI transmissions for system accuracy.
- Monitor open order reports, identify changes and resolve inventory issues.
- Track container status and ETAs from factory to warehouse for active programs.
Required profile
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filtering, etc.).
- Experience using the Blue Cherry system.
- Highly organized with strong follow‑through and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across functions.
- Proactive problem‑solver and positive team player.
