Training Manager – Apartments

About the role

This position leads the full training lifecycle for apartment community teams, ensuring they master product knowledge, sales processes, compliance, and deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to prioritize training needs and conduct skill gap analyses.
• Design and develop learning experiences using instructional design models such as ADDIE.
• Ensure all training complies with legal standards, including Fair Housing regulations.
• Deliver engaging sessions, including train‑the‑trainer programs, and coach subject‑matter experts.
• Measure training effectiveness with utilization, satisfaction, KPI, and resident survey metrics.
• Maintain and curate high‑quality content libraries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a training leadership or supervisory role.
• Occasional travel (approximately 10%).
• Valid California driver’s license and required vehicle insurance.
