Training & Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Training & Development Specialist to drive a culture of continuous learning. You will design, deliver, and manage training programs that enhance employee skills and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis.
• Design and deliver workshops, seminars, and e‑learning sessions for technical and soft‑skill development.
• Create instructional materials, manuals, and e‑learning content tailored to diverse audiences.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track participation and progress.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Support onboarding programs and collaborate with subject‑matter experts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training and development or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e‑learning software.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to measure training impact.
