About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Training & Development Specialist to drive a culture of continuous learning. You will design, deliver, and manage training programs that enhance employee skills and support business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis.
- Design and deliver workshops, seminars, and e‑learning sessions for technical and soft‑skill development.
- Create instructional materials, manuals, and e‑learning content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track participation and progress.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Support onboarding programs and collaborate with subject‑matter experts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in training and development or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e‑learning software.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to measure training impact.
