Surgical/Scrub Technician – Main Operating Room

About the role

The Surgical/Scrub Technician works in the main operating room of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, providing essential support to the surgical team during procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange sterile instruments and supplies for surgeries.
• Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment.
• Assist surgeons and nurses by handing instruments and equipment as needed.
• Ensure proper functioning of surgical equipment throughout the procedure.

Required profile

• Current University of Arkansas System employee or eligible candidate.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• No sponsorship available.
• Day shift position.
• Clinical staff – medical ancillary support.
