About the role
The Surgical/Scrub Technician works in the main operating room of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, providing essential support to the surgical team during procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and arrange sterile instruments and supplies for surgeries.
- Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment.
- Assist surgeons and nurses by handing instruments and equipment as needed.
- Ensure proper functioning of surgical equipment throughout the procedure.
Required profile
- Current University of Arkansas System employee or eligible candidate.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
- No sponsorship available.
- Day shift position.
- Clinical staff – medical ancillary support.
