Service Supervisor – Communities of Bent Tree

About the role

The Service Supervisor for the Bent Tree community ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of routine maintenance and preparation of vacant units.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Conduct routine upkeep of community areas, ensuring all mechanical and technical systems operate correctly.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and procuring necessary supplies.
• Maintain accurate work order documentation and coordinate with internal teams to prioritize tasks.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance in a residential or property‑management setting.
• Ability to diagnose problems, follow established procedures, and adhere to safety and code standards.
• Strong organizational skills for managing work orders, vendor schedules, and inventory.
• Effective communication with residents, vendors, and internal staff.
