Service Supervisor – Bent Tree Communities

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior areas of the Bent Tree community meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance processes and vendor activities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for grounds, amenities, building exteriors, common areas, and market‑ready unit interiors.
• Inspect work performed by service team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and specification standards.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, coordinating orders with the Community Manager while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in company policies.

Required profile

• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical or technical defects in residential settings.
• Experience overseeing make‑ready operations and coordinating multiple vendors.
• Strong attention to detail when developing cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Capability to conduct inspections and implement corrective action plans.
• Organizational skills for inventory control and supply ordering.
