Senior Director, Domestic Wholesale

About the role

SKIMS is seeking a Senior Director to lead its Domestic Wholesale business from Los Angeles. Reporting to the SVP of Wholesale, you will shape strategy, drive commercial growth, and oversee operational execution across department stores, specialty retailers, and distribution partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long‑range strategic plan that translates corporate objectives into actionable growth strategies for accounts, categories, and channels.
• Drive wholesale revenue while maintaining brand positioning, profitability, and disciplined distribution.
• Design assortment segmentation and pricing architecture to improve productivity, margin, and customer acquisition.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities in department stores, specialty retailers, and emerging channels.
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as door productivity, sell‑through, inventory efficiency, margin, and replenishment.
• Lead strategic account planning using consumer demand, regional performance, and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, and Product teams to set category growth targets.
• Conduct pre‑market and post‑market business reviews and deliver actionable recommendations.
