Resident Services Coordinator – Shoreline Gateway

About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator supports prospective and current tenants at Shoreline Gateway, ensuring a high‑quality living experience through responsive service and community programming. This full‑time, onsite position works closely with property staff to address resident needs and promote engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome new residents, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claim reminders.
• Develop and publish a property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
• Handle resident concerns such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and general inquiries; prepare incident reports as required.
• Schedule clubhouse rentals, maintain contracts, collect fees, and ensure guest suites are ready for use.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents on satisfaction, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting repair needs to maintenance staff.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a Resident Services or community coordination role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to manage multiple resident requests.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
