Resident Services Coordinator – Hilldale Garden

About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator supports prospective and current residents at Hilldale Garden, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience and a high‑quality living environment. Working closely with property staff, you will act as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, community activities, and day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Orient new residents, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claim reminders.
• Develop and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
• Handle resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and special service needs; prepare incident reports as required.
• Schedule clubhouse and activity‑center rentals, maintain contracts, and collect applicable fees.
• Ensure guest suites are rental‑ready and provide additional amenities like movies, books, and games.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents for satisfaction, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting repair needs to the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to address resident concerns promptly.
• Excellent communication skills and a thorough knowledge of property functions.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
• Detail‑oriented mindset for accurate reporting and documentation.
