Removal Attorney – Spanish Required

About the role

We are seeking a Removal Attorney who is fluent in Spanish to join our immigration law team. The successful candidate will represent clients in removal defense matters, navigating complex EOIR and USCIS processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal representation in removal defense cases before the EOIR.
• Manage client interactions and filings with USCIS.
• Prepare and present oral arguments and written motions.
• Maintain case files and ensure compliance with procedural deadlines.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Minimum 2–3 years of immigration law experience, focusing on removal defense.
• Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client matters.

Required skills

• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy abilities.
• Experience using EOIR case management systems.
• Familiarity with USCIS processes and documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills.
