Regional HVAC Training Manager

About the role

The HVAC Trainer will design and deliver technical and sales training programs for a broad audience that includes contractors, installers, sales representatives, distributors, and engineers. Training focuses on air‑source heat pumps and their use in residential and light‑commercial markets, including rooftop equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop classroom, hands‑on field, and digital learning modules that cover installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of HVAC systems.
• Deliver training sessions across the assigned region, traveling up to 70% of the time and providing virtual options when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Quality teams to ensure content meets regulatory requirements and reflects industry trends such as electrification and energy efficiency.
• Partner with distributors and contractors to build confidence in Bosch products and solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of HVAC field experience, including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of heat‑pump and rooftop equipment.
• At least 1 year of experience facilitating technical training or product education.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences.
