About the role

The Regional Executive Vice President is a senior operational leader responsible for executing corporate strategies within a designated region. Reporting directly to corporate headquarters, the role oversees sales, operations, marketing, and support functions to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate regional development strategies and annual operating plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Assume full P&L responsibility for regional revenue, profit, and market share.
• Coordinate sales, operations, marketing, and customer management across the region.
• Establish a unified regional operations management system and execution standards.
• Develop and execute market expansion strategies, targeting key industries, clients, and distribution channels.
• Lead the regional management team, define role responsibilities, and set performance objectives.
• Build high‑performance teams and create a succession pipeline for management roles.
• Set regional KPIs, monitor financial and operational performance, and report results to headquarters.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between corporate headquarters and the region, facilitating policy implementation and cross‑regional collaboration.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners to enhance customer satisfaction and brand influence.

Required profile

• Demonstrated accountability for regional revenue, profit, and market share (P&L responsibility).
• Proven experience leading regional management teams and business heads.
• Ability to define clear role responsibilities and performance objectives.
• Track record of building high‑performance teams and fostering a results‑oriented culture.
• Experience reporting business performance and strategic recommendations to corporate leadership.
