Recruiter – Fashion, Beauty & Luxury Talent

About the role

Fourth Floor, the fashion, beauty and lifestyle division of Career Group Companies, is seeking a passionate Recruiter to join its Los Angeles team. You will work with leading brands across fashion, beauty, retail and luxury, helping them secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for roles in fashion, beauty, retail, e‑commerce, merchandising, design, production, marketing and corporate functions.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior industry professionals and emerging talent.
• Conduct candidate interviews, assess technical capabilities and career aspirations.
• Partner with client organizations to understand hiring objectives, culture and team structure.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines.
• Present curated candidate recommendations and provide consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Stay current on industry trends, talent movement and market conditions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Career Group Companies to deliver exceptional results.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, sales or business development.
• Strong passion for fashion, beauty, retail, luxury and lifestyle industries.
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Self‑motivated, resourceful and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
