Project Management Analyst - Smart Building Technology

About the role

Greystar is looking for a Project Management Analyst to support telecommunications consulting projects across its multifamily real‑estate portfolio. The analyst will help coordinate activities, track deliverables and ensure clear communication among internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of telecom consulting projects, assisting with coordination and execution of key deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones and visual workflow representations.
• Coordinate with consultants, legal counsel, property‑management teams and other stakeholders to gather information and meet project needs.
• Track project progress, document status, risks and issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining contract documentation, expiration dates and compliance checkpoints.
• Support creation of client‑facing presentations and reports.
• Contribute to improving project‑management tools, processes and frameworks.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management or a related field, preferably in telecommunications or real‑estate consulting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to property or client sites.
