About the role
Airbnb is looking for a Program Manager to lead large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives within its Community Support team. You will act as the bridge between Community Support, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Policy and other critical functions, turning strategic ideas into tangible outcomes that enhance the experience for hosts and guests worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi‑team programs from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define priorities, communicate status and manage expectations.
- Develop detailed program plans, schedules and performance metrics that meet senior‑level targets.
- Identify and mitigate risks, negotiate trade‑offs and adapt plans as obstacles arise.
- Track outcomes, measure impact and iterate quickly based on results.
- Champion the Program Management Office (PMO) processes to provide transparency and drive results.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience managing large, cross‑functional programs in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple organizations.
- Excellent communication and executive‑level presentation skills.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous situations and delivering results under pressure.
