Production Associate

About the role

The Production Associate at RWB Thrift works in the back‑room to prepare merchandise for the sales floor. The role is fast‑paced and requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn multiple back‑room functions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of back‑room tasks such as hanging garments, tagging prices, supporting pricers, counting inventory, attaching sensors, and delivering items to the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all back‑room areas.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals and support overall store performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred; prior thrift, retail, warehouse, or back‑of‑house experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to safely perform physical tasks in accordance with ADA, FMLA and other regulations.
• Physical strength to lift, move, and stand for extended periods.
