Production Assistant (Part‑time, Hollywood Studio)

About the role

Firework is seeking an entry‑level, part‑time Production Assistant to support digital showroom livestreams and video productions at its Hollywood studio. This temporary position offers hands‑on experience with live‑stream technology and the chance to work alongside top brands.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with studio setup, including lighting, cameras, and audio gear.
• Operate OBS or comparable livestream software under direction.
• Follow run‑of‑show documents and provide live production support.
• Coordinate talent preparation, client requirements, and on‑site rehearsals.
• Troubleshoot basic AV and streaming issues.
• Manage gear load‑in, load‑out, and maintain a safe, organized set.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for tech, creative content, and live production.
• Strong communication, proactive problem‑solving, and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to move equipment and stage sets.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Flexibility for early calls, evenings, and occasional weekends.

Required skills

• Experience with OBS or similar livestream platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic understanding of studio production workflows and equipment.
