Process Technician – Plant Operator (Onsite)

About the role

The Process Technician will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of ExxonMobil’s processing units at the Baton Rouge Polymers North site. Working on‑site, you will monitor and control plant equipment to meet production targets while upholding strict safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform duties safely, following all procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Monitor, adjust, and control plant equipment and processes to achieve production goals.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Work rotating shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a team‑oriented environment.
• Own personal safety and contribute to the safety of co‑workers.

Required profile

• Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Strong commitment to safety and procedural compliance.
• Ability to work effectively within a team on a 24/7 operation.
