About the role

We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury (PI) Attorney to join a plaintiff‑focused trial practice. This mostly‑remote position offers hands‑on litigation experience and the chance to make a tangible impact for injured clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage case development from intake through trial, including discovery and motion practice.
• Conduct depositions, draft pleadings, and prepare for trial.
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff to ensure thorough case preparation.
• Maintain strict deadlines while handling multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Florida.
• 5+ years of personal injury or civil litigation experience (plaintiff side preferred).
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to handle depositions, discovery, and motion practice.
