Part-Time Leasing Professional – Parkside at Littleton Village

About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Part-Time Leasing Professional to join the Parkside at Littleton Village community. You will be the front‑line representative, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience from tour to move‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needs, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions to maintain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet occupancy targets.
• Attention to detail in lease preparation and unit inspections.
