Part-Time Leasing Professional (Denver)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Leasing Professional to join the Skyline at Highlands community in Denver. The role drives marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit checks, and background screenings.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance items.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Ability to engage with prospects, conduct tours, and manage the leasing process from application to move‑in.
• Strong attention to detail for apartment inspections and documentation.
• Awareness of local market trends and competitor activity.
