Manager – Strategy & Commercial Due Diligence (TMT)

About the role

We are seeking a Manager to lead strategy and commercial due diligence engagements for a leading global TMT strategy consultancy. The role involves driving high‑impact projects across the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategy and commercial due diligence engagements across the TMT space.
• Manage project workstreams including market analysis, growth strategy, go‑to‑market planning, and business model development.
• Conduct quantitative analysis, customer and expert interviews, and competitive assessments.
• Synthesize complex findings into clear, executive‑level recommendations for clients.
• Manage and mentor junior consultants while serving as a primary client point of contact.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, commercial due diligence, or TMT advisory.
• Current experience at a consulting firm (industry experience accepted if presently consulting).
• Strong exposure to the TMT (Telecommunications, Media, and Technology) sector.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial due diligence and/or go‑to‑market strategy.
