Maintenance Technician – Rise Nocatee

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures the physical integrity and exceptional appearance of the Rise Nocatee active‑adult community. This role involves upkeep of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare units for new residents.

Required profile

• Capable of diagnosing issues and performing repairs according to established procedures.
• Committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
