Maintenance Supervisor – The Jamison

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time position operates on a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call component.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
• Execute repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creation of punch lists.
• Maintain technical and mechanical systems across the property’s buildings and grounds.

Required profile

• Technical and mechanical aptitude for building maintenance.
• Ability to follow established policies, safety procedures, and regulatory codes.
• Willingness to work a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Strong attention to detail for inspections and punch‑list creation.
