Maintenance Supervisor – Residential Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at Logger Creek Apartments in Boise, Idaho. The role ensures that all building systems operate smoothly and that residents receive prompt, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for a multi‑unit residential property.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
• Respond to resident service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and equipment inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising maintenance staff in a residential or commercial setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to prioritize resident needs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
