Maintenance Supervisor – One Hampton Lake

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to ensure that the interior and exterior of the One Hampton Lake community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
• Execute repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, code requirements, and established procedures.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process, preparing vacant apartments for new move‑ins by conducting pre‑move‑out inspections and necessary touch‑ups.
• Maintain a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours emergencies.

Required profile

• Experience in building or property maintenance, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and maintenance documentation.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
