Maintenance Supervisor for Luxury Rental Homes

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the Farm Haus luxury rental community in San Antonio remains safe, functional, and visually appealing. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance staff, vendors, and the make‑ready process for vacant units.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, and final quality checks.
• Develop and uphold standards for the cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, common areas, and signage.
• Inspect work performed by team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, ordering supplies as needed while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as defined in the policy and procedure manual.

Required profile

• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, safety standards, and local code requirements.
• Capability to assess work quality and develop corrective action plans when necessary.
• Experience managing inventory and coordinating with vendors within budget constraints.
