Maintenance Supervisor – Aqua (Millenia)

About the role

This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that the interior and exterior of the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine community upkeep, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee and execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and preparation for new move‑ins.
