About the role

The Danforth, managed by Greystar, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee technical and mechanical work across the property. This senior‑level role ensures that units, buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and perform completion of work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Conduct preventative maintenance throughout the property.
• Diagnose the source or cause of defects and execute repairs in line with company policies and timelines.
• Maintain the physical aspects of units, common areas, and amenities to ensure safety and appearance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior maintenance or lead maintenance role within residential or commercial property settings.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to exceed resident expectations.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work orders and maintenance projects.
