Machine Operator – Continuous Motion Packaging

About the role

The Machine Operator works on a fast‑paced production line, operating continuous‑motion packaging, filling, and palletizing equipment to deliver high‑quality beverage products. You will ensure safe, efficient operation while adhering to strict manufacturing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and complete quality check sheets for each shift.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot multiple pieces of packaging equipment.
• Perform product and package changeovers independently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment in line with ISO Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Regular and punctual attendance.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and climb a 10‑12 ft ladder.
• Less than high‑school education with 3‑6 months related experience, or an equivalent combination.
