About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Lifestyle Assistant to support the Founder of Jacques Marie Mage, a luxury eyewear brand based in Los Angeles. This position blends personal and professional assistance, ensuring the Founder’s daily operations run smoothly while staying attuned to fashion and luxury trends.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and personal commitments.
- Handle communications on behalf of the Founder, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, covering flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Provide concierge‑style services, managing personal errands and appointments.
- Track important deadlines, events, and follow‑up actions to prevent oversights.
- Organize personal and business documents for easy access.
- Stay up‑to‑date on fashion trends, luxury brands, and industry events, informing the Founder of relevant opportunities.
- Curate and recommend luxury experiences aligned with the Founder’s preferences.
Required profile
- 6+ years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or lifestyle manager, preferably in a luxury or fashion environment.
- Strong interest and understanding of fashion and luxury industries, including key trends and events.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with precision in managing multiple tasks.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
