Leasing Professional – Sixty58 Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for the Sixty58 community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist, Facebook and email.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to manage leasing activities and resident data.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or related real‑estate experience.
• Knowledgeable and experienced leasing professional.
• Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday (Monday and Tuesday off).
• Eligibility for a 40% housing discount and $75 move‑in/renewal commissions.
