Leasing Professional – Riverset Apartments

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for Riverset Apartments. Working closely with Greystar’s resources, you will manage all aspects of the leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends to adjust pricing and marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
• Attention to detail for lease documentation and apartment readiness.
• Ability to stay informed about local market conditions and adjust tactics accordingly.
