Leasing Professional – Property Management

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our property management team at Asher Towne Lake in Cypress, Texas. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours and showcase apartment units.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move‑in logistics, ensure units are ready for occupancy and address any outstanding maintenance items.
• Maintain resident relationships, respond to inquiries, and facilitate lease renewals to maximize retention.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to implement promotional strategies and achieve community goals.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple leasing tasks efficiently.
