Leasing Professional – Pearl DTC

About the role

The Leasing Professional for the Pearl DTC community will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction by managing all leasing activities from prospecting to move‑in and lease renewal. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the leasing cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to maintain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordinate any necessary updates.
