Leasing Professional – Oceanaire Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for the Oceanaire community by managing all leasing activities, from prospect outreach to lease renewal. This full‑time, onsite position works closely with marketing and property management teams to ensure a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and coordinate move‑in procedures.
• Maintain accurate leasing records in the Yardi property management system.
• Develop and execute renewal strategies to retain existing residents.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote available units and community events.
• Address resident inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience, preferably in affordable workforce housing.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to meet occupancy targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
