Leasing Professional – Midtown Park

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Midtown Park community in Dallas. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and retention efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market dynamics.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service throughout the leasing cycle.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
