Leasing Professional (Lease Up)

About the role

The Leasing Professional (Lease Up) will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction at the Summerwell Marvida community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while supporting resident retention initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needs, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect data.

• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Required skills
