Leasing Professional for The Ashborough Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for The Ashborough community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leasing activities.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
• Proactive approach to market research and community promotion.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
• Basic knowledge of credit screening and background check procedures.
