Leasing Professional for Lakeshore Pearl Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives for the Lakeshore Pearl community in Austin. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing activities and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect data.
• Maintain show units to Greystar’s quality standards through daily inspections.
