About the role

The Leasing Professional will support Greystar’s community in Bergen County by coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. Based in Fort Lee, New Jersey, the role focuses on delivering high occupancy and revenue targets through effective leasing processes and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process leasing applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready and schedule any necessary preparations.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and support resident renewal efforts.
