Leasing Professional – Asher Towne Lake

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Asher Towne Lake community in Cypress. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing processes and resident engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, and processing applications.
• Perform credit screenings, criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Experience conducting leasing and sales activities in a residential community.
• Ability to inspect and prepare units for resident move‑in.
• Strong understanding of market trends and community marketing strategies.
