Leasing Manager – Upland Park

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager for its Upland Park high‑rise community in Miami. The manager will lead marketing, advertising, sales activities and the leasing team to achieve revenue, occupancy, resident‑retention and leasing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, advertising and sales efforts, manage on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready apartments, set rent pricing and concessions, and monitor daily leasing activities.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and create creative pricing, concession and incentive strategies to boost traffic and leases.
• Develop print and internet advertising strategies, leverage technology to promote the community, and generate sales and leasing reports using the company’s property management software.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the community meets appearance and safety standards, inspect ready units for marketability, and use merchandising techniques such as mini‑models to enhance salability.
• Participate actively in the leasing process by generating and monitoring traffic, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move‑in procedures in line with established policies.

Required profile

• Proven ability to direct marketing, advertising and sales activities for a residential community.
• Strong understanding of market trends and competitor dynamics.
• Experience working with maintenance teams to ensure unit readiness and overall community presentation.
• Hands‑on involvement in the leasing process, including prospect qualification and lease documentation.
