Leasing Manager for Broadstone Frontera Ridge

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead the marketing, sales and leasing operations for Broadstone Frontera Ridge in Round Rock. The role oversees all aspects of community promotion, resident acquisition and retention, ensuring revenue and occupancy targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of “ready” apartments, set rent pricing, concessions and leasing incentives.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative pricing strategies.
• Utilize property management software to generate leasing reports and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure unit appearance, safety standards, and create merchandising displays such as mini‑models.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Review financial, traffic and closing ratio reports to adjust strategies as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing teams in multifamily or residential communities.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies and resident retention techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret financial and traffic reports.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to guide staff and interact with prospects.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software for leasing and reporting.
• Proficiency in developing print and digital advertising campaigns.
