Leasing Consultant – Lease-Up (Mira at Palmer Ranch)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to lead marketing, leasing, event management, and renewal activities for the Mira at Palmer Ranch community. As the first point of contact, you will guide prospective residents through the leasing process and help create a vibrant living experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Collect move‑in information and maintain accurate resident records.
• Monitor market trends and collaborate with leadership to adjust pricing, concessions, and marketing strategies.
• Design and execute marketing events, resident referral programs, and employer outreach initiatives.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track leads, applications, and resident interactions.

• Ability to multitask, manage relationships, and follow up with prospects throughout the leasing cycle.
