Lease-Up Leasing Consultant – Active Adult Community

About the role

The Leasing Consultant will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a new active‑adult community in Northglenn, CO. This position offers the chance to shape the resident experience from the ground up while driving occupancy and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Collect and record pertinent move‑in information from prospective residents.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and follow property policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing events, resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing initiatives to generate traffic.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to sustain occupancy and achieve revenue targets.

• Hourly rate of $25.00–$27.00 with estimated annual earnings of $64,000–$70,000.
• Paid time off accruing to 5.5 weeks per year.
• Monthly bonuses averaging $600 and milestone bonuses up to $7,500.
