Learning Events Coordinator

About the role

GP Strategies is looking for a highly organized Learning Events Coordinator to oversee the full lifecycle of virtual and in‑person training events for global clients. The role works closely with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure each event meets its learning objectives and delivers a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of learning and training events, both virtual and onsite.
• Interpret event briefs and align logistics with client objectives and budgets.
• Source and book venues, AV services, catering, and related support.
• Manage event agendas, speaker schedules, and session flow.
• Handle participant communications, invitations, and joining instructions.
• Set up and maintain courses within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and track attendance.
• Provide on‑the‑day support, including moderation of virtual sessions and real‑time issue resolution.
• Generate post‑event reports and evaluate outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑focused approach with strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
