Junior Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support a federal agency in collecting, validating, and analyzing operational and performance data. The role involves working with a fast‑paced team to produce actionable insights that drive inter‑agency initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the collection, validation, and analysis of operational and performance data.
• Assist with updating dashboards and generating regular reports.
• Execute data analysis tasks using SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Develop reports, charts, and statistical summaries.
• Assist with data integration and ETL processes.
• Monitor data quality and help track and remediate issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Information Systems.
• Active Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced federal environment.
