About the role
Centurum is looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join its Marlton, NJ office. The role serves as the primary point of contact for end‑user technical support while also assisting with server‑room operations and maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, and remote support software.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end users.
- Manage user accounts, licensing, and device enrollment through Active Directory / Entra ID and Microsoft Intune (MDM).
- Triage and remediate device compliance issues via Intune, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain and enforce device configuration policies and compliance baselines using Intune.
- Assist with server‑room operations, including hardware maintenance, cable management, monitoring, and vendor coordination.
- Document support activities, resolutions, and asset information in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or managed service partners.
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including equipment setup and account provisioning.
- Contribute to IT policies, procedures, and knowledge‑base documentation.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in a helpdesk, desktop support, or IT support technician role.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD / Entra ID).
- Working knowledge of Active Directory (user/group management).
