International Logistics Coordinator

About the role

This entry‑level, full‑time position supports a growing export management company that specializes in agricultural machinery. You will work on‑site during an intensive training period and then may transition to a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Process and place purchase orders with U.S. agricultural equipment manufacturers.
• Prepare and manage export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate packaging specifications and international shipping logistics.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm order details, timelines, and shipping requirements.
• Learn and apply Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) for international transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of export transactions and ensure compliance with export regulations.
• Assist with shipment tracking, discrepancy resolution, and daily operational support.

Required profile

• Degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field preferred (not mandatory).
• Relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounting, purchasing, logistics, customer service, administrative support, or data entry.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional communication skills for phone and email interactions.
• Self‑motivated, dependable and eager to learn.
• No prior international trade experience required – training will be provided.
